While being a fully automatic machine equipped with all features, it also stands out for its compact size and light weight.

Eave and fascia claddings are also produced quite easily and quickly.

Both Modes are on the same machine!
Automatic Mode: The lenght of the panel to be produced and quantity are entered into the digital screen. Once the desired dimension is reached, the machine automatically performs the cut using a guillotine shear and continues production. There is no need to wait by the machine. It is sufficient to simply collect 25 mm seam-height metal panels as they emerge from the machine. The machine will stop operating once the specified quantity has been reached.
Semi-Automatic Mode: The material inside the machine reaches the desired lenght and stops. Cutting is performed using a motorized guillotine shear by pressing a button. Afterward, the machine continues the production process with the press of a single button. Once the specified quantity is reached, the machine stops operating.

EQUIPMENTS
"R-PRO RUN"
Perfect Standing seam profile production with 25 mm seam height is achieved in a single pass from coil or sheet.
Standing seam profiles can also be produced from conical sheets. The minimum axial dimansion 80 mm with single-sided seam production.
Ease of working around the machine, thanks to a wired control unit.
Ribbing Attachment Equipment: Making 25 mm wide- 1,1 mm deep longitudinal strip marks on the panel. If not wanted to be used, it can easily be removed.
Automatic Guillotine Shear: Performs a clean cut in a single storke without distorting the panel profile, which has a 25 mm seam height. It does not damage the surface of painted or patinated materials.
Special Digital Control Unit: The desired lenghts and quantities of the standing seam panels to be produced are entered into the system. The standing seam machine stops automatically once the specified lenght is reached. This process repeats until the dimensions are changed via the control unit or the target quantity is met.
The system also includes a reverse operation function and an emergency stop button.
