EQUIPMENTS

"R-PRO 25 PLUS"

 

The length and quantity of the profile to be produced are entered into the system. The machine stops automatically when it reaches the entered size. This process is repeated until the dimensions are changed from the control unit. Reverse function and emergency stop button.

Ribbing Attachment Equipment: Making 25 mm wide- 1,1 mm deep longitudinal strip marks on the panel. If not wanted to be used, it can easily be removed.

 

Cutting Equipment: Waste-free cutting from the material length at the exit of the machine.

 

 

Perfect Standing seam profile production with 25 mm seam height is achieved in a single pass from coil or sheet.

 

Standing seam profiles can also be produced from conical sheets. The minimum axial dimansion 80 mm with single-sided seam production.   

“R-PRO 25 PLUS” Standing Seam roof machine consists of 4 parts. It can be disassembled and installed in a short period of time, if necessary.

“R-PRO 25 PLUS” Standing seam machine is suitable for all hard-to-reach jobsites and finds a place in the smallest workshops.

 

Standing seam panels are produced in high quality, thanks to the use of 7 sets of optimized roll forming roller designs.
